Used Original Peugeot TSM gas tank. This tank was prepped and painted to be used as a project back-up to a museum quality restoration we were doing a few years ago. The tank was in rough shape with lots of dents and it also had corrosion pin holes at several areas along the bottom. We straightened out the tank, soldered and repaired the holes, pressure tested it and the lined the inside for added protection. After priming, painting, the final clear coat was never applied over base coats because we ended up using the other tank we were restoring. Use as is or gently sand it and apply your own paint and clear. Nice tank for your project!

Please note that this is a used/recycled painted part and the part you receive will be the same one as in the picture. Unless otherwise noted, there will more than likely be signs of wear, small areas of minor flaking, discoloration, pitting, dings, chips, etc. We inspect each part to make sure that it is fully functional and presentable but under no certain conditions do we try and represent it as a LIKE NEW part that would be suitable for a show-quality restoration. Parts that are flawless or like-new are listed separately and are noted as such. You will also be given the option to have us clean, polish and recondition most parts prior to them being shipped at additional cost. Tank was It is in good condition and structurally sound. No visible signs of leaking or pinholes but we would highly recommend using an epoxy liner prior to using, Does smell a bit like varnish inside so at the very least will need a good cleaning

Shadows in the pictures look like dents but the tank is very straight except a few minor little dings
