Description
Used Original main wiring harness for Puch Maxi style mopeds that used a 6-wire Bosch magneto and had oval chrome switches. 6-wire setups were used beginning the later part of 1977 (approx Nov) on all single speed Puch mopeds with the E50 engine. Usually, you can identify the 6-wire Puch mopeds simply by the handlebars. These mopeds almost always had double clamp style handlebar. A more exact way to identify a 6-wire magneto is to count the wires that that come out of the engine. 5 and 6 wire harnesses are not interchangeable. Only includes that main harness section. DOES NOT include tail harness, See pictures for clarification. Fits 1977 thru 1979 Maxi, Newport, Sport, Maxi Luxe, Maxi II, Maxi GN models with chrome oval switches. Please not that there is one wire that has been soldered (near the on/off switch). The part in the picture is the actual part that you will receive.
